Lindsay is dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complex journey of grief and life transitions. Her approach is deeply rooted in personal experience and professional expertise, offering a unique blend of empathy and evidence-based support.
Having lost her mother unexpectedly in 2011 and growing up with a parent who faced mental health challenges, she understands firsthand the multifaceted nature of grief. She specializes in guiding individuals through all types of grief – both death-related and non-death-related. Her holistic approach helps clients understand their unique journey, explore their emotions, and develop coping skills.
She supports individuals navigating through Grief and Loss (death and non-death related), Life Transitions, New Parenthood and Postpartum Support, Caregiver Stress, Relationship Changes, Career Transitions, and Empty Nest Syndrome.

Emilja Kelly, LMHC has over 17 years experience in mental health counseling supporting young adults, adults, couples and families in a variety of settings.
She specializes in the areas of substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, family dynamics/relational issues, and life transitions. Her passion is helping millennials w/ high-funcitioning anxiety, as well as individuals affected by addiction, such as spouses/partners, parents, and ACoA.
Whomever she encounters in her counseling practice, she is committed to creating a comfortable and trusting therapeutic experience that allows individuals to feel accepted, empowered, and heard.
Emilja (pronounced Em-il-ia) is compassionate and dedicated to getting to know her clients and their stories. She helps them create treatment goals by exploring their biological, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. She enjoys providing a mix of psycho-education and evidenced-based practices and has extensive experience in motivational interviewing, harm reduction, cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, mindfulness and person-centered therapy.
