General Psychotherapy

Our therapists work with adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and personal growth. If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed and aren't sure where to start, general therapy provides a space to explore and heal.

Therapy with Intern Therapist

Our graduate interns are completing their supervised clinical training toward licensure. They provide quality care under close supervision of licensed therapists at reduced rates, making therapy more accessible.

Grief Therapy

Whether you're navigating recent loss or unresolved grief, our therapists provide compassionate support through the mourning process. We help you process emotions, honor your experience, and find meaningful ways to move forward while carrying your loss.

Anxiety & Depression Therapy

Our therapists help you understand and manage symptoms of anxiety and depression through evidence-based approaches. We'll work together to identify patterns, develop coping strategies, and create lasting change so you can feel more like yourself again.

Trauma Therapy

Our trauma-specialized therapists use evidence-based methods like EMDR to help you process difficult experiences and reduce symptoms like flashbacks, hypervigilance, and emotional reactivity. Healing is possible, and you don't have to carry this alone.

Therapy for Men

Our therapists create a judgment-free space for men to address stress, relationships, identity, and mental health. We understand the unique pressures men face and help you build emotional awareness and skills without the stigma.

Postpartum & Parenting Therapy

Specializing in the mental health challenges of new parenthood, our therapists support you through postpartum mood disorders, adjustment struggles, and the identity shift of becoming a parent. You deserve support during this vulnerable time.

Couples Therapy

Our therapists help couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, and rebuild connection. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or wanting to strengthen your relationship, we provide a safe space to understand each other better and create lasting change together.

Rebecca is a counseling intern who is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their stories and identities. As an Asian American woman and adoptee, she understands how deeply identity, belonging, and cultural context shape people’s lives. Her own journey has given her both compassion and insight into the challenges of navigating transitions, healing from loss, and building a strong sense of self. These experiences guide the way she shows up as a therapist, with openness, authenticity, and respect for each individual’s unique story.

Rebecca’s approach is compassionate and client-centered, drawing from person-centered, narrative, and mindfulness-based practices, as well as elements of cognitive behavioral therapy and multicultural frameworks. She believes therapy is not about “fixing” someone, but about helping clients reconnect with their voice, values, and inner resources. Together, she works with clients to explore what matters most and foster a deeper sense of clarity, confidence, and connection.

Hello! I’m happy you’re here! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor. I provide traditional therapy, in a non-traditional way. With online therapy, you are able to take part in what can typically be a daunting task, in the convenience and comfort of your own space and time.

In my practice, I truly meet people where they are at; mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Through integrative and evidence-based practices, I help clients both cultivate and exceed their treatment goals. We all have different ideals of life, and I am here to help you live your most ideal life.

While it is important to share more about who I am and what I do, it is also important to share what I am not; I am not a friend, but an ally. I am not a giver of advice, but an encouraging figure to find that insight within oneself. I am not a mind-reader, but an external source of sorting through overwhelming thoughts and feelings.
